Donation and Sponsorship Request Guidelines Submit a completed Commercial Bank & Trust Community Involvement Application* Community Involvement Form Enclose any supporting information that would be useful when reviewing the application Verify that your organization or event falls within one of the following categories: Education, Health Services, Fire & Emergency Services, Cultural and Economic Programs, Community Development, Environmental Conservation and Youth Programs Administrative costs such as postage and printing do not qualify as a donation or sponsorship Decisions are made on a year to year basis which means an application must be completed annually even if the purpose remains the same An application is required to receive your donation or sponsorship Allow adequate time for processing the application If the request is $500 or more, additional information may be required We look forward to reviewing your application and wish you the best in your endeavors.
